Worship Life at Amazing Grace

Every church has their own style of worship.  We think you'll enjoy the services at Amazing Grace, but as in any church, you should expect it to take a couple of Sundays to get accustomed to our way of praising God and proclaiming what he has done for us.

We teach from the Bible and our worship revolves around the Scriptures.  We recognize the Bible as God's Word to men, and that it has authority over the thoughts and opinions of man.  Our pastor's goal to make these ancient truths relevant and applicable to every-day life.

Music certainly is an important part of our services.  Loud or soft, in monotone or rich harmony, all our praises are music to God as we respond to hearing His Word. Perhaps you'll even remember a favorite hymn or song to ask our pastor to use in an upcoming service!

We want our worship to be kid-friendly and welcoming.  We recognize how important it is for families to worship together, yet know the struggles associated with little ones who have short attention spans and can be squirmy.  We strive to do all we can to make worship a positive experience for the whole family.

When pondering God's love for us and our opportunity to praise and thank him for that love, we recall the words of the Psalm writer:  "I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the LORD.'"  (Psalm 122:1)
